Hi carl, we have recently upgraded VDAs server OS from Windows 2008 R2 to Windows 2012 R2 , post upgradation we have observed that during logon the black screen appears for 60-120 seconds to get the actual desktop screen with all icons, secondly users have reported slow performanace and screen freeze while working.The VDA are on VMware ESXi infra with 32 GB RAM and 8vcpu and we have close to around 700+ server OS VDAs which got upgraded to windows 2012 OS.
